Delivery and Returns

 DELIVERY

• All items are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail. Items over 2 kg will be posted with Parcel Force or other couriers.
• Once orders are shipped it could take 1-3 days to arrive in the UK, and 7-14 days for international deliveries. International orders are shipped as standard unless chosen with tracking.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs
• Deliveries to EU and US: Due to complicated taxing registrations I am not shipping orders to EU. And for all orders from North America please follow this link to the Etsy shop

• All sales are final. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have made mistake when placing your order please contact us immediately at [email protected]
  
• Incase of a lost or damaged delivery we will happily replace your order or refund.
